A new executive chef has been appointed at southern Arizona"s premier entertainment destination: Acclaimed Tucson chef Ryan Clark has been promoted from his position as chef de cuisine at PY Steakhouse to executive chef for all of Casino Del Sol, which were both recognized once again on the Forbes Travel Guide Star Rating list.

In his new role, Chef Clark will oversee all culinary operations at Casino Del Sol and its sister property, Casino of the Sun. This consists of in-room dining, meetings catering, and the property"s ten restaurants including PY Steakhouse, Ume, Tequila Factory, Festa International Buffet, Abuelita"s Taqueria, Moby"s, Oasis Bar, Prema Lobby Lounge, Streetscape Deli, Wildcats Grille and Sunflower Café.
