Letter from the Editor June 2017

Graduation, Summer, Vacations and our kids, what do we do with them? That is right dear audience, tensions drop as the school year comes to an end, graduations wind up, and our kids are officially on break for the summer, but how do we keep them busy for two whole months? Well, there are countless or things out there, summer courses, sports, libraries, swimming pools, museums, and many more! First, I would like to deeply recognize all Mexican and American for the upcoming Mother"s Day; either may 10th or May 14th .  Have we ever questions the value our mother has in our lives? We must really provide them with love, affection, patience, support, obedience, tenderness, etc. There are many ways to describe a mother, but I think the most valuable of all is to have them present in our lives. 



He recibido bastantes solicitudes de personas que tienen puestos importantes en empresas – algunas nacionales y otras internacionales – sobre la forma en la que pueden ellos hacer trabajar a los millenials; casi siempre la pregunta viene acompañada por una plática que me pone en antecedentes, me dicen que son chicos que no quieren trabajar, que lo que ellos quieren es que la empresa y todos los que ahí laboran, se pongan a sus órdenes; que no tienen absolutamente ninguna intención de obedecer órdenes y que sólo buscan espacios de trabajo en donde ellos puedan hacer lo que les venga en gana.
