Nottinghill is the midtown living at its best

Convenient. Comfortable. Clean. Affordable. Safe. What more could you want in a studio or onebedroom apartment?

Rene Banuelos, manager of Nottinghill Apartments, 2660 N. Alvernon Way, describes her apartment community in exactly those terms.
Middle School, Catalina High School, and close enough to walk to Fry’s and Wal-Mart. The one-bedroom apartments are 580 square feet, and the studios are 480 square feet.

They rent for $550 and $450 respectively—this includes all utilities. Each apartment is equipped with a boiler/chiller unit offering coolness in summer and warmth in the winter months. Small pets are welcome.

There are four pools located throughout the complex, plus a barbecue area and two laundry facilities on site. The management offers 24-hours maintenance service. Security is provided by Veterans Security and Banuelos says they enjoy a good rapport with the Tucson Police Department.

Once a month, residents are treated to coffee and donuts, and Banuelos says they try to hold a residents’ appreciation once a year.

Bilingual Banuelos has managed the Nottinghill Apartments since 2005, when they were purchased by California-based Nottinghill Gate SW LLC. She has been in the property management field for over 25 years, having earned a Masters in Business Management from the University of Irvine in California.

If you’re looking for a fine place to live, during the month of June Banuelos will waive the application fee and security deposit.
